Ashanti Morgan is a global executive in Talent, Learning, and Culture Strategy with over 20 years of experience delivering measurable business impact across Fortune 500 companies, public-sector organizations, and mission-driven enterprises. She builds scalable, human-centered solutions that strengthen leadership, deepen engagement, and equip organizations to grow through change.

As Founder of AKM Global Consulting LLC, Ashanti partners with senior leaders to design and execute enterprise learning strategies, leadership development programs, and workforce capability initiatives aligned to business priorities. Her expertise spans instructional design, learning technology, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness, enabling her to move seamlessly from strategy to execution.

Ashanti has led global talent initiatives at Kellogg’s (Kellanova), Hyatt Hotels, Levi Strauss & Co., and Tractor Supply Co., where she developed leadership pipelines, implemented learning ecosystems, and embedded inclusive, values-based practices into talent systems. Her work has accelerated executive readiness, improved retention, and shaped future-focused people strategies at scale.

She holds a Master’s in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s in Organizational & Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University. She is a certified Korn Ferry 360 coach, an IDI Qualified Administrator, and a fellow of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business & Chicago Urban League’s IMPACT Leadership Program.
