DE&I Talent Development Programs Make the Difference
In 2020, LS&Co. shared their DE&I Commitments and have been working toward progress to grow, develop, and retain BIPOC and women talent. Research shows, both internally and externally, that employees that fall within this demographic have inequitable experiences growing their careers.
Two talent development programs launched in 2022 to address systemic issues and support leaders on their journeys. The programs, LS&Co. Lab and Elevate: Accelerate your Career, will be offered annually on an ongoing basis.
